At the Seaview Renegades, Vision 2025 represents our commitment to growth, unity, and excellence across all branches of the organization. Guided by creativity, discipline, and community engagement, we aim to expand opportunities for our members while leaving a lasting impact on the wider community.
Our Executive Team
To achieve this vision, we have established a strong executive team with clearly defined portfolios:

Each executive works collaboratively to ensure the Seaview Renegades operates efficiently, supports its members, and achieves strategic goals.
Branch Goals
1. Marching Band
Maintain structured sections with a clear leadership hierarchy.
Standardize uniforms and fully equip the band with instruments and training equipment.
Participate in national and international events, including the Band Festival 2026 and WAMSB 2027 in Galway, Ireland.
Provide performances at hotels, corporate events, funerals, and community parades.
2. Performing Arts Group
Offer programs in dance, drama, poetry, speech, cultural drumming, and concert band.
Provide members with professional equipment, uniforms, and training resources.
Participate in JCDC Performing Arts Festival 2026, corporate events, hotel performances, and international showcases.
Encourage artistic growth while promoting cultural pride and professional development.
3. Youth Development Unit
Support members through Academic Development, Career Development, and Personal Development.
Pair members with mentors and youth advocates to guide learning, career preparation, and personal growth.
Ensure all members of the Marching Band and Performing Arts participate in youth development to strengthen holistic growth.
Recruitment & Onboarding
Recruit new members so they can benefit from our programs.
Members will follow a structured onboarding process: membership form → audition/interview → 2-month probation → official membership.
Modernization & Safety
Digital platforms for attendance tracking, member information, and accounting systems.
WhatsApp groups to keep members informed and connected.
Brand new ID cards for all members.
Launch of the official Seaview Renegades website to provide news, resources, and updates for members and the public.
Partnerships with local police to ensure safe rehearsals, parades, and events.
Entertainment & Events
Organize regular monthly and yearly events to showcase talent and strengthen community engagement.
As we move toward these goals, we remain committed to empowering youth, uplifting communities, and building a legacy of excellence.
